Returns & Refunds

Sealed product and graded slabs can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they're in the same condition you received them — slab intact, seals unbroken. Start a return by emailing us with your order number.

If anything we sold you is ever proven inauthentic, we refund it in full — shipping both ways included. No time limit, no runaround. Trust is the whole game.

Single raw cards graded as “described” and opened mystery/surprise boxes are final sale — the whole point is the reveal. Live break spots are non-refundable once the break goes live, but fully refundable if you cancel before it starts.

Photograph the packaging and item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Insured orders are replaced or refunded once the claim is filed — we handle the carrier side for you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
