Are your slabs authentic?
Yes. Every slab is verified against the grader's cert database (PSA, CGC, BGS) and the cert number is printed on the product page so you can check it yourself. See our Grading Standards.
How does market pricing work?
Product pages show the current market value alongside our price, so you can see exactly how much under market you're buying. We update market values regularly.
How do live breaks work?
Buy a spot (Tier 1–3) for an upcoming break, tune into the stream on our Live Breaks page, and any hits from your spot ship to you free. Breaks are randomized, recorded, and fully transparent.
What are surprise & blind boxes?
Curated mystery boxes with guaranteed value — surprise boxes lean cards/slabs, blind boxes lean collectible figures (Labubu, Sanrio, mystery plush). The reveal is the fun, so they're final sale.
When will my order ship?
